Goodbye 2012…Good morning 2013

I just realized tomorrow is new years eve. Hmm…so that is that? The last day of the year is tomorrow?
To sum it all up, my 2012 was no where near typical. I’m very pleased to see my 2012 experience go out on an upswing vs the unbelievable negative feats I had to overcome. It wasn’t easy, but I fought through quite a few personal struggles; most of which were ongoing in various facets of my life, simultaneously.

It really wasn’t until late summer and late fall that I experienced some of my best moments. Moments that further encouraged me. Moments that gave me hope. Moments that inspired me to keep fighting for what’s right, yet keep the strides positive. Moments, to be quite frank, that caused me to smile. Maybe someday soon, I’ll share with you all the precise details of the tumultuous year I had. Overall, for the time being, I’m logging this as the worst year I’ve ever lived and I truly hope it is the worst one I’ll ever have to endure.

On that accord, I wish everyone well in the upcoming 2013 season that is, life. It’s either gonna be good, better, worse, or bad. You’ll never know either way until you actually start living. Pursue life, liberty, and happiness. May individual Liberty, Peace & Prosperity be with all of you. Cheers! :-D ;-)

The Write-In Campaign: I wrote in Ron Paul Because…

Greetings Everyone,

The upcoming general election takes me back to a very important moment in history before we became a union.  Before there was a United States Constitution, the spirit of Liberty was alive and well in the hearts and minds of many.  Before there was a United States, there were colonies under British colonial rule, oppressed by excessive taxation & invasive regulation.  Before there was a federal government, true patriots led the way towards peace, prosperity, and individual Liberty.  Their words spoke volumes and stood for something.  I feel as though we now find ourselves at a crossroads in these turbulent times.  That is why this election season, I am reminded of what took place on 18 April 1775.

On the night of 18 April 1775, Continue reading

Mitt Romney vs. Barack Obama- The Debate that Shall Never Be

Photo from AP

Much like many Americans, I was looking forward to observing the presidential debates taking place this Fall between President Obama and Governor Mitt Romney.  I’m more than certain the average American voter tuned into the debates for informational purposes. Some are tuned in to finalize their voting decisions while others, already having made their choice, watched to cheer on their candidate of choice. As for myself, I tuned in as a journalist and quite frankly, to be entertained.

When they discussed domestic policy, neither of them dared touch Continue reading

Defeating Neo-Conservatism: Dana ‘back’ Loesch

Greetings esteemed Valente Journal readers,

Dana Loesch- The self-proclaimed “conservative alternative.”

In this edition of “Defeating Neo-Conservatism I’ll be spotlighting the infamous, self-proclaimed ’conservative alternative’, Dana Loesch.

I was a regular listener of ‘The Dana Show’ for nearly 2 years.  I discovered Dana Loesch while watching an episode of the long running talk show “Real Time with Bill Maher” which airs on HBO.  When I 1st saw Mrs. Loesch in action, she was

What Can’t the Government Do?

Hello everyone,

So what can’t the government do?  This has been quite a somber week in politics for America.  This week we saw the GOP officially declare Willard “Mitt” Romney the nominee for the republican party. Oh joy! Now we are going to be all better because

Defeating Neo conversatism: David French on “Stars Earn Stripes”

Good afternoon everyone,

In an ongoing effort to inject common sense logic into a world plagued with fallacy and deception, I have decided to title this entry “Defeating Neo-Conservatism.“ As most of you may know by now, I’m neither democrat nor republican and I don’t support any political parties whatsoever. As I’ve always stated, “when one joins a political party, one resigns their right and ability to think.” -Lorenzo. My intent with this entry, and others soon to follow, will serve to spotlight the errors in political logic neo-conservatives, modern day liberals -and others who blindly follow political ideology- share. Collectivism is not the American way for it only leads to the destruction of individual Liberty and prosperity. I will do my best to make more Americans aware of this fact; hopefully reassuring them to employ the constitution as a political guide, and not bias corrupt political parties.
This first edition of “Defeating Neo Conservatism” features a break down of an article written by ‘David French.’  Based on what he wrote about militarism, I have concluded that he falls within the ranks of the Neo-con movement.  To all the liberty warriors out there, enjoy the read and please continue to share light where there is darkness.

So last week as I was reading tweets from within my twitter timeline, I could not help but notice a tweet from Gov. Sarah Palin, especially due to the fact she does not tweet too often.  In this particular instance, the former Alaska Gov tweeted a link to an article titled:

The ‘Alyona Show’ has Come to an End, but Why?

Hello esteemed Valente Journal readers,

Today marks my 25th post and rather than rally against one of the many neo conservative talking heads or other types of corruptive forces that issue disinformation like there is no tomorrow, this post will cover something closer to home for me.  I’m going to comment on
